What are Nonwovens?Nonwoven is the scientific name for nonwoven materials(Nonwovens),also known as nonwovens,nonwovens,nonwovens,and nonwovens.Nonwovens is a material processing technology that originated in textiles but goes beyond them.
Classification of Nonwovens
Classified by production process.
1、Spunlace nonwoven.
High-pressure microfine water is sprayed on one or more layers of fiber webs to twist the fibers together,thus reinforcing the fiber web with certain strength.
2、Thermal composite nonwoven.
Refers to adding fiber or powder hot melt adhesive reinforcement material to the fiber web,and the fiber web is then heated and melted and cooled to reinforce the cloth.
3、Pulp airflow nonwoven fabric.
It can also be called dust-free paper and dry paper nonwoven.It is the use of airflow forming technology to open the wood pulp fiber board into a single fiber state,and then use the airflow method to make the fiber agglomerate on the net curtain,and the fiber network is then reinforced into cloth.
4、Wet method nonwoven fabric.
The fiber material placed in the aqueous medium is loosened into single fiber,while different fiber materials are mixed to make fiber suspension pulp,and the suspension pulp is transported to the web formation mechanism to make the fiber web in the wet state,and then reinforced into cloth.
5、Spunbond nonwoven fabric.
After the polymer is extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament,the filament is laid into a network,and then the fiber network is bonded,thermally bonded,chemically bonded or mechanically reinforced to make the fiber network into a nonwoven fabric.
6、Meltblown nonwoven fabric.
The process is:polymer feeding→melt extrusion→fiber formation→fiber cooling→web formation→reinforcement into cloth.
7、Needle-punched nonwoven fabric.
Needle-punched nonwoven is a kind of dry nonwoven fabric,which uses the piercing effect of needle to reinforce the fluffy fiber network into cloth.
8、Sewn nonwoven fabric.
A dry nonwoven fabric,sewing method uses warp-knitted coil structure of fiber web,yarn layer,non-textile materials(such as plastic sheet,plastic thin metal foil,etc.)or their combination of reinforcement to make nonwoven fabric.
